1. About Nirvana Elixers

Nirvana Elixers operates as a wholesaler, supplier, and bulk-order provider of attars, perfume oils, relaxing oils, fragrances, and related products.

We serve businesses, retailers, resellers, distributors, brands, organizations, and other customers interested in purchasing products in wholesale or bulk quantities.

2. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We accept wholesale and bulk-order inquiries subject to product availability and applicable minimum order quantities (MOQ).

Wholesale pricing may differ from prices displayed for individual or smaller-quantity purchases. Wholesale prices, MOQ, packaging options, and other commercial terms may vary depending on:

  • Product and quantity

  • Packaging requirements

  • Customization requirements

  • Delivery destination

  • Order frequency

  • Shipping and handling requirements

A bulk inquiry submitted through our website does not constitute an accepted order. An order becomes binding only after the quotation and applicable terms have been accepted and payment or other agreed confirmation has been received.

3. Quotations & Pricing

Wholesale quotations provided by Nirvana Elixers may include product pricing, applicable taxes, shipping charges, minimum quantities, payment terms, and estimated fulfillment timelines.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are subject to change and are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

Prices may change due to changes in raw material costs, packaging, transportation, taxes, currency exchange rates, or other business-related factors.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after Nirvana Elixers provides written confirmation and receives the required payment, advance payment, or other agreed form of confirmation.

Submitting an inquiry, adding products to a cart, sending a message, or requesting a quotation does not guarantee product availability or order acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or limit an order where necessary, including due to availability, pricing errors, compliance requirements, or other legitimate business reasons.

5. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable or there is a significant delay in fulfillment, we may contact you regarding available alternatives, revised timelines, or applicable refund arrangements.

6. Payment Terms

For approved wholesale and business customers, Nirvana Elixers may provide 15-day payment terms (Net 15) from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment must be received in full within 15 calendar days from the invoice date.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time. If payment is not received by the due date, Nirvana Elixers may, at its discretion:

  • Place future orders on hold;

  • Suspend or withdraw credit terms;

  • Require advance or full payment for future orders; and

  • Take other reasonable steps to recover overdue amounts.

For new customers, customized orders, special orders, or orders requiring significant upfront costs, Nirvana Elixers may require full or partial payment before processing, production, customization, or dispatch.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other charges remain payable according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice or quotation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices are payable in the currency specified on the invoice.

7. Taxes, Duties & Charges

Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, shipping charges, and other governmental or third-party charges may apply depending on the destination and nature of the order.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for charges applicable to their order, destination, importation, or business operations.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery or dispatch dates provided by Nirvana Elixers are estimates and may vary due to product availability, order quantity, customization, logistics, customs procedures, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international shipments, customs clearance and import requirements may affect delivery times.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

9. Bulk & Customized Orders

Certain wholesale orders may involve customized packaging, labeling, quantities, fragrance selections, or other requirements.

Once customized work or production has commenced, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Additional charges and minimum quantities may apply to customized orders. Such terms will be communicated and agreed upon before processing.

10. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

An order may not be cancellable once it has entered processing, production, customization, packaging, or shipment.

For approved cancellations, any refund will be subject to the applicable order terms and deductions for work, customization, payment-processing costs, shipping, or other non-recoverable expenses where applicable.

11. Returns & Damaged Products

Return eligibility depends on the product type and applicable order terms.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery and notify Nirvana Elixers of any shortage, visible damage, incorrect product, or other delivery discrepancy within 7 days of receipt, together with relevant photographs, videos, invoice details, and supporting information where requested.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, relabeled, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return or replacement unless required by applicable law.

Customized and specially prepared wholesale orders may be non-returnable except where the products are defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law or agreed terms.

12. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, quantities, fragrance descriptions, and other information on our website.

However, minor variations in color, packaging, labeling, fragrance characteristics, or appearance may occur between batches or product presentations.

Product images may also vary from actual packaging.

13. Proper Use of Products

Customers are responsible for using products according to applicable product instructions, labels, warnings, and intended use.

Products should be stored appropriately and kept away from children and unsuitable environmental conditions where applicable.

Nirvana Elixers is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, repackaging, relabeling, or use contrary to product instructions.

Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that their resale, marketing, labeling, packaging, advertising, and distribution practices comply with applicable laws and regulations in their market.

14. Resale & Distribution

Wholesale customers may resell products subject to applicable laws, regulations, contractual restrictions, and any specific terms communicated by Nirvana Elixers.

Customers must not make false, misleading, unauthorized, or unsubstantiated claims about Nirvana Elixers products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own product listings, advertisements, labels, claims, and promotional materials comply with the laws and marketplace requirements applicable to them.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Nirvana Elixers name, logos, product photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Nirvana Elixers unless otherwise stated.
